Used Koruma model Disho V 100/45 stainless steel salad cream, mayonnaise & ketchup unit. 10-30 litre batch capacity depending on recipe. 45 litre stainless steel jacketed vessel with sanitary polished internal. Includes agitator driven by 0.37 kW 50/60 motor. 100mm diameter colloid Mill. Mounted on skid with control panel. Approximate capacity 80 L/H ketchup and 190 L/H mayonnaise depending on recipe.
