A nice cover mailed from Colomb-Bechar, Algeria and addressed to Bale (Basel), Switzerland. Franked with a horizontal pair of Algeria Scott #98, the 1.25 franc Admiralty Building, Algiers stamp from 1939 which are tied to the cover by Colomb-Bechar, Oran postmarks dated July 23, 1941. This cover measures 147mm x 113mm. See scans for condition.
