The is an official flag embroidered with 2005 Presidents Cup logo.
I do not have a COA but all signed for me in person as listed below except for Bush and Nicklaus.  Most were signed at a practice round for the President's Cup at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Prince William County VA on 9/20/2005.
The Bush COA (Pat Van Tiem) for the George HW Bush private signing is shown in the photos.  I sent away to Palm Beach Autographs on November 2012 for a private signing they did with Jack Nicklaus and a picture of Jack signing this exact flag is included.
