This listing is for an antique repousse 800 silver handheld brush with malachite accent. The brush measures 1 1/2 inches high and is 7 inches or 17.7 cm long. The brush has white bristles mounted in a smooth cow bone handle. The handle is mounted in 800 silver and engraved with swirling leaves at the corners. At the center is an oval cut malachite stone set in a silver filigree mount. The silver is marked on the side of the brush "800" along with a diamond mark. The brush is in overall good condition for its age, there is a small hairline in the bone handle, the malachite stone has a crack at the center and there are some surface scratches to the silver.
