Antique Sterling Silver Whisk Marked VTCo. This handle on this broom test positive for Sterling but I don’t know if it’s overlay or solid it’s extremely heavy which makes me suspicious if it’s real then somebody will hit the Goldmine LOL but as far as I know it’s just strolling overlay it is marked with a VTC I don’t know if anybody knows anything about that company.
