ArmaLab Orbital Shaker AR-100 - Arma/Rock 100 Mixer Stirrer Rocker

I have two working Armalab Rockers available. These were owned by Weyerhaeuser and came from a working environment.
1) The first 7 pictures after the main picture are of the first unit available.  The rocker turns on and the rocking speed and timer are working.  The first one comes with a controller of sorts for what I believe is a heater?? that rests in the tray.  Both units have this heater (or whatever it is) in the tray, but only this one has this control box that hooks up to it.  The box DOES NOT seem to turn on at all.  I checked the fuse and it looks good, not sure what the issue is.  No affect on the rocker though, it works fine without it.
2) The second one (the last 4 pics) also turns on, the rocking speed and timer both work and, like the other, has some sheet of metal that rests in the tray (they do come out) and I believe they are heaters, but not sure.  The second one DOES NOT come with the controller for the heater though.
First buyer gets the one with the controller.
Both units have a small box attached to the edge of the tray that is connected to the heater.  That small box has been removed for shipping, just an FYI.  It is just one bolt for reattaching.
