Lovely Sterling Silver Vanity Set. 4 Pieces.
Marked on front and back of each Sterling.
These date to about the latter part of the 1800s. It is a somewhat mixed style of instruments: there is an Art Nouveau nail file and the other 3 items have a different pattern but all are marked the same way (front and back) and they are engraved with the same initials, looks like JG,  so this was clearly used as a set and I am selling it as such.
Art Nouveau in style.
Nail file is 5 inch, bristle brush is 5.5 inch, cuticle pusher is 4 inch and the curling iron is 6 inches length.
I think the curling iron is for small curls or a moustache, has no spring/tension as is common. Has a protective button for the heating element to guard against burning your finger.
The brush feels like a higly polished wood or early plastic, it shows some wear at edges.
Sold as seen and as found, examine all pictures and use zoom, pictures are part of listing.
I have not polished any of this, I always leave sterling as is. These appear to be in very good condition and should polish beautifully should you wish to do so.
