Awaiting your purchase is this sterling silver handled hand mirror crafted by Ashforth & Harthorn in a wonderful Georgian King pattern. This special item remains in Very good condition, (see condition report above), and bears no monogram .
Appraiser Notes: It is very likely and more than possible that this was the handle of a Georgian serving piece, and some clever and capable smith attached it to a modern hand mirror. Beautiful pattern and very good work, but the rim of the mirror is not marked. This would not have happened at that point in time.
