Like new condition. I put it in the patio door to test it out but took it down after after a short time when I saw that the door is a bit too small for for my dogs. Very energy efficient and weatherproof.
It's been sitting in my garage for a year and it needs to go fast. This is normally 9 plus shipping and tax so you would be getting the door for less than half price.
