FLEXICON BOX DUMPER HOPPER AUGER CONVEYOR NEW WAY COOL DRY ICE UNLOADER

First picture was taken out of the manual showing the layout of the machine.
Built by Flexicon.. This was purchased by a pharmacutical company, project got cancelled. Never installed.
I talked with Flexicon, they have great customer service. I gave them the project number and they sent me
the whole file on the machine, start to finish. I have it on CD its a huge file, it even has a copy of the
program to run the machine..They also gave me the number for who to talk to about what
other applications it can be used for. Right now its set up for a box up to 28.375" wide between the two
yellow arms. The width of the hood is 21.5" that's the top stainless steel funnel. Depth is 42"
Max height for the box is 40.5" It looks like it wouldn't be real hard to fab up some parts to change it for a
different box size.  I'm sure Flexicon could set you up with modification's for your application.
To load you open the door and drop your box on the lower lift arm between the two side arms. There are
two blue bars by the door entrance, they get removed, there just there for stability in transport and setup.
One set of hydraulic cylinders lifts the box up against the hood and two more cylinders tilt the whole
assembly over until the spout makes contact with the hopper feeder. A gate valve is then opened  to allow
the material to enter the hopper. There is a paddle mixer and level
switch inside the hopper. Then the material goes up the 4" auger conveyor. That long arm that's wrapped
up in front of the machine mounts to the blue floor mount stand. The auger motor mounts on the top of that
arm and also supports the auger tube. The auger  motor is 2 HP.
There is a 3 HP hydraulic pump to run the lift and tilt cylinders, the hydraulic valves are by Parker.
All surfaces that comes in contact with the material is stainless steel.
