: Please check if your package is going out First Class or Priority Mail. If it is First Class, the United States Post Office does not provide a time frame. Priority Mail is 6-10 business days and they do not count the day it's picked up, Saturdays and Sundays. It's possible during holidays, that your item may arrive a little late. RETURNS
Returns can be made within 30 days after receiving the item. Please notify us before returning the product back and the reason. Buyer is responsible for shipping back. Shipping box must be in its original form, unopened and unused for returns to be accepted. Refund given as money back via PayPal minus 20% restocking fee and our shipping out cost (flat rate of .95)
