Man's antique sterling silver brush (clothes or hair), initials RB T? J? F?

Description

Gentleman's antique sterling silver brush (for clothes or hair).  3 fancy initials etched onto silver back: R, then B, then what is either T or J (but could be made into F with a tiny stroke).  Style looks ca. 1900.  Imprinted on one side is "Webster sterling" followed by hallmark ("W Co" with arrow through: see photo 4), for Webster Co., No. Attleboro MA (founded 1869).  Silver back still quite solid, although showing some small dings here and there.  Bristles (firmly set in polished wood) still excellent--stiff enough to brush short hair, soft enough to brush clothes.  4.5" x 3.75"--fits nicely into hand.
