This is new but was going to be used to take the photo of the model, but they chose not to offer this color. size is small adult and the body of the leotard is plush velvet spandex, the attached tutu is 2 layers of organdy as the top skirt and 4 layers of tulle, very soft skirting. The top skirt is about 14" long. The model is not wearing the right color This costume retailed at around and is perfect, no irregularities. grntr 4/24
