Here is an original v
intage 1969 M65 Vietnam era Field Jacket, size X Large Regular. The coat is made of heavy olive drab denim canvas material and is super clean and in excellent condition with no stains, tears or other damage, looks like it was never worn. no fading we can see.
It has a military contract number and date code in the label as well as size specifications (see photo for label details).
It measures 31 inches in length, chest armpit to arm pit 26 inches, sleeve 25 inches long shoulder seam to cuff, shoulder 22 inches across the back.
It was made by Alpha Industries.
The hood packs into the jacket and zips in.
There is no liner, although there are buttons for one.
It has a heavy metal zipper, Velcro closures at collar and cuffs and a draw string at the waist.
A great vintage original coat to wear or display.
