This is great dog door for a door to the outside. It has two separate heavy plastic flaps to protect against the elements. In addition, it has a hard plastic cover which can seal the door to prevent both pets and wind from passing through.
This item was returned to the store but looks unused. It comes with all accessories including a new template to use for cutting the door. It comes in a box for an extra large door - I think someone bought both and used the box to return the medium one.
