Performance Feeders Vibratory Bowl Feeder System

Description

The bowls on these Performance feeders are "custom" to the product that is getting moved along. The bowl will need modifications to fit the end user's needs. However, this 18" bowl is considered the standard size
This description is not making any claims of being an exact use for whomever buys it. The system is what it is intended for but the bowl will need to be customized for the parts that are intended to run it.
Feed rate:
30 parts per minute.
Input voltage:
120V, 60 Hz.
Vibratory bowl:
18″ basic diameter.
Bead blasted stainless steel construction.
Purge gate for part changeover.
Belt conveyor:
Auto-Kinetics Model 55 standard duty belt conveyor, 40mm wide x 35″ long.
Reverse mounted 1/8 HP 130V DC motor.
Table mount stands with locating pins so conveyor could be removed and replaced accurately. This allowed the customer to remove the conveyor to change the grinding wheel in their machine.
Bulk supply hopper:
2 cu. ft. capacity.
Stainless steel bin and tray.
Controls:
Performance Feeders PF-2R for bowl feeder and hopper.
Dart #15DVE for conveyor.
Mounting surface:
1.25″ thick steel plate with 5 legs and leveling screws.
Sensors and valves provided:
Photoelectric sensor on conveyor monitoring part level in conveyor. When conveyor is full, the bowl is turned off to prevent parts from backing up into the bowl.
Proximity sensor on hopper monitoring parts level in bowl, turning on hopper when parts are needed.
Proximity sensor on bowl feeder in camera area, sensing part in place for vision inspection.
Solenoid valve package with regulator and flow controls for air jets.
