Payment
Payment is expected within 3 business days of invoice sent and must be received within 14 days or item will be relisted. We cannot add items to invoices that have already been sent.
Shipping
Item will be shipped within 5 business day of receiving full payment.
All items are shipped with tracking via UPS or Canada Post.
If shipping address is a P.O Box, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.
Any customs fees, duty fees, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will combine shipping, see other listings. Items being combined for shipping discounts must end within 7 days of each other.
Local Pick-Up
Please select the local pick-up option on the payment window. Local pick-up must be completed within 14 days of the payment date. Any items not picked up within this timeframe will be refunded and relisted for sale. The price of the item will be refunded, but the handling fee will be retained.
Our local pick-up hours are Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Please note that we are closed on weekends and Canadian holidays. Once payment is complete, please message us for details.
