Leather working is here! Each sheet (6 1/4" x 14 5/8") of this Vegetable Tanned (Cowhide) Leather fits the unique dimensions of the Sizzix Bigz L Pocket Traveler’s Notebook Die (#662467), which allows you to die-cut your own beautiful leather journal covers. Pre-cut for less waste, it can also be used to create multiple base and overlay pieces, and is ideally weighted (1.8mm thick) as a sturdy base for any jewelry-making project.

ere's some of what you can do with this material:
Emboss it - beautiful deep embossing
Shape it - bends where you want it to go (think flower petals)
Sew it - oh, the wonderful, durable gifts to be made (applique, coin purse, key holder)
Ink it - Any kind of ink using stamps, stencils or ink transfer sheets (REALLY beautiful)
Stain it - spray stains, distress sprays, gels
Paint it - pastel paints are beautiful, but it's a perfect surface for any paint/paint pens
Sand/distress it - best way to remove smoothness or adjust an embossed image
Collage it - fun to mix with other textures
Foil it - so beautiful!
