Stampin’ up! Retired Bundle - Perfect Pennants Stamp set + Banner Framelits Dies

Stampin’ up! Retired Bundle - "Perfect Pennants" Stamp set (New) + "Banner Framelits Dies" (next to New). Shipped with USPS First Class.
The stamps are mounted, cling-mount style rubber stamps (to be used with acrylic blocks) and have never been used. The outside packaging does have a little bit of fading from being in my sunny craft room.
I'm not sure if the Banner framelits dies were ever used.  The tape on the inside packaging looks damaged, so I'm listing them as "next to new".
Some photos from Pinterest are included for inspiration.  This is a great coordinating set that deserves to be used together or separately!
Items come from a home with woodstove and a dog.  While wood heat is awesome, it does leave a film on all things plastic.  This is not cigarette smoke that is sticky or smells, but you may see signs of it on the plastic packaging.  I just like folks to be aware before bidding.  Thanks!
