Description

Atmosphere controlled carburizing furnace system comprised of a sealed internal oil quench furnace, batch spray washer,   recirculating box tempering furnace and Alnat Nitrogen-Methanol atmosphere control panel.  The hardening furnace is brick lined and equipped with internal automatic work handling roller-rail system (rear handler with hot conveyor chain), recirculating fan, trident radiant tubes, front mounted electric heated and agitated oil quench & SBS oil cooler.  Rated 1750 F, 600,000 BTU/hr. Natural Gas.
Batch spray washer  model WG-24-36-24 is equipped with submerged radiant tube (natural gas), air operated door, oil skimmer, controls.  Rated 175 F, 350,000 BTU/hr.
Box tempering furnace model HFC-30-42-24 is brick lined, rated 1400 F, 450,000 BTU/hr. Natural Gas, equipped with alloy roller-rails, rear recirculating fan, air operated vertical rise door, controls.
Furnace line includes (2) cast HT alloy 24" x 36" work grids, SBS oil cooler, combustion air blower and a crate with numerous spare parts.
NOTE;  The System I powered transfer car is not included.  Also the electrics are 575 Volts as this furnace line was produced in Canada.

We cannot test this furnace so it is being sold "AS IS" , NO RETURN.
SHIPPING;    Will require open step deck trailer.   The oil quench section has been removed from the hardening furnace for shipping.  Air cylinder removed for reduced shipping height.   All pieces will fit on one trailer.   We will load at no charge.
