This oven's controller is set up to reach a set point temperature and begin a heat cycle timer, and after the set time is reached, it will being a cooling cycle set by another timer. (see images)
This item will be shipped freight. Freight shipping cost is included to a location with a truck height loading dock and full size semi truck and trailer access. Full size truck access and forklift is acceptable. Deliveries to limited access/residential and/or requiring a liftgate will be subject to additional fees.
