It comes with 1 key for the top lid but do not have the key for the back door where the money goes. The back door will be left unlocked so you can put your own lock in it. Will pack and ship with care. There are some screws that hold the head of the machine into the pole. I will remove these screws in order to break the machine down to be able to ship it in a box. It will ship in a 18x18x24 box. You can put the screws back into place when you assemble it. A1MF
