This was sent to a family friend, who at the time worked for our local police department, for a fundraiser/charity in 1994. Unfortunately the visor that is mentioned in the letter is not included. Paper has seen some ware over the years as seen in pictures. Letter is on a high quality paper and does have a watermark with an unknown name
Great for any Tom Watson collector, or someone who seeks unique sporting memorabilia. The name/address has been hidden to retain privacy of the former police officer.
