Automatic slicer for uniform segment, slab and strip cuts, Last Used In Pickle Process with pounds of product per hour
depending on materials, application, Blades, Machine configuration and type cut.
Accepts product up to 4" in diameter. Equipped with 5" wide top and bottom product conveyor belts with 5" diameter product cutting /discharge port. Segment cut types: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 or 12. Rectangular strips: 7.1mm x 10.3mm to 8.7mm x 11.9mm. Square strips: 4.0mm x 7.5mm to 14.2mm x 25mm. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with interlock safety doors.
Able to produce crinkle or flat slab cuts. Change parts required per application / configuration.
