Here is a small Victorian Sterling Silver Cuticle Pusher or Nail Cleaner. It is small enough it was probably  used in a carry around in a purse for a Chatelaine. It has a beautiful Repousse of Swirls & Flowers. Top part is Sterling, not tool part. Marked STERLING
