Yamaha XL 12 Jet Ski pair! Good looking skis on double trailer -need motor work.

Ever-growing list of non-paying bidders - ejimm00, bargin.bin209. Arlen-osort, and osdua_63. Unreal. So, now we will require every bidder to confirm their identity, or we'll simply cancel the bid and block the bidder. We hate to do this but we've spent nearly two months with this auction and have little to no spare space for storage right now.
The details:  Two Yamaha Wave Runner XL 1200 jet skis.  These were dropped off for service and discovered can that one had low compression and the other had taken on water and was disassembled.  We determined both skis will require complete motor rebuilds (possible one could get away with just a top end). You will want to do carbs and fuel lines while you're doing the engine work as well. We have a full set of carbs to go with the disassembled ski; the other one is complete.
To recap:
Both wave-runners will require rebuilds, swaps or SBT drop-in motors.
Ski number one motor is disassembled.
Ski number two is complete and will crank over in its current state (you will need a fresh battery) - but it is likely shot and needs to be redone.
Seats and bodies are in very good condition - especially for the age. Even the storage buckets (front and rear) are in good shape. Will even include full ski covers (as pictured) and key tethers.
Trailer is also included and is solid. Decent rubber, winches work and jack stand is functional. No title for trailer (we use Mainetags); clear title for skis.
Customer opted out of doing the repairs and asked us to post here to recoup some of their expenses and our labor invested thus far. Sold as-is / where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. BUT - it's going to sell at a true no reserve price ... or 00, it sells to highest bidder.
Local pickup preferred. If you are from out of town, plan to pick it up or arrange shipping on your own. We are just too busy with service work to manage shipping for a project ski right now.
